A medium wedge of cantaloupe is also a great source of potassium ( 2,334 mg. ) and its vit. C content is 2 - 3 mg. A serving of grapefruit sections in a cup will yield a high level of vit. Other fruits rich in anti-oxidants, especially in vitamin A are the following: watermelon ( A - 1627 IU,C - 2 - 2 mg ), tomato ( A - 1025 IU, C - 1 - 6 mg. ). Another all-time favorite food we all like to eat is the chocolate. Actually, this is good for one's health when taken in a considerable amount. This is also good for the heart as well as an aide in beautifying one's skin. The princesses and pharaohs used cocoa as a love tonic and as a facial mask even centuries ago.
