Selecting YourToothbrush - Caring for your mouth starts from properly choosing the toothbrush for you. When buying for a toothbrush, look for one that is soft to your gum, has soft bristles, can effectively clean your teeth and can easily get inside your mouth.

You can then buy electric toothbrushes; they are most effective in removing plaques if you have more than enough budget. See to it that you brush your teeth at least twice a day and visit your dentist every six months.

After brushing your teeth you have to follow it up with a mouth wash.

Toothpaste - Toothpastes are essential in maintaining a good oral hygiene. Make sure to get one that has fluoride in them, this helps prevent cavities that damage your gums.
