The N88 works over a GSM quad band neetwork bands incluing GSM 850, GSM 900, GSM 1800 & GSM 1900. This quad band netwqork coverage alllows the user to use their new mobile phone wolrdwide. This phone comes with a fitted battery which can be recharged via the charger provided with the handset. The batttery can provide up to 220 hours standby battery time when not in use or up to 200 minutes talk time battery time from a fyully charged battery. The N88 comes with an expnadable memory card slot which suppots TF card extension upto 4 GB. The touch screen supports keypad dual input and also has a handwritimng recognition feature whih allows the user to write letters onscreen using their fingher & this feature will automatically recognize the letter being written.
The China Hiphone N88 supports a SMS text message service as well as a MMS multimedfia picture mesaging service wihch allows the user to create & share mssages with their friiends, family & business colleagues. These messaging srevices prvide the user with user friendly communication methods when a phone call will not suffice or is not possible. There is also a SMS group sending feeature that alllows users to send a single text message to multiple contacts. The slide out QWRETY keyboard is a useful tool when the user is creating a mulimedia message, text message or typing an email.
