This week the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) announced that food businesses might be cutting back on food safety including hygiene training, possibly at the detriment of starting a general public’s health.
The CIEH reported the shocking findings after sending your own personal survey out to off the 5,000 food safety trainers and in addition training centres.
