Is it necessary to be a celebrity with 1000+ names list or completely understand and be able to use sophisticated attraction marketing systems in order to succeed in network marketing? Obviously this could help with your success, but what are the most important things that an average person can do? The most critical aspect is a system or approach that is consistent and has a proven track record.
Using a system is important so when someone new joins your team, you can plug them into a consistent training method that helps them to get with tools and strategies that are easily duplicated and proven to work. If you don’t have such a system, then you might have to create it yourself or find a mentor or a leader that has a system you can make use of.

After they’ve done your start-up training you can tailor the approach they should be taking according to their capabilities, interests, and goals. Some people who are more technical, may be interested in attraction marketing as a method of generating leads, whereas more sociable types may be better at using social media and offline marketing techniques.
Another important factor to increase duplication on your team is involving experts or other appropriate third parties to assist with closing the business. An expert or third party who is in your business may have similar background and already be very successful or be a noted authority in the field.
When involving an expert in the process, you must build-up, or edify the expert vs. giving credence to the prospect's importance. This is vital so that their information is viewed as highly valuable and/or coming from a person who is already successful and can help the prospect get what he wants. It is also important to give control to the expert to share his/her information without interruption. Bite your tongue, even if they say something obviously incorrect. The prospect must regard this persons as someone already having the answers that personally need vs. just a peer.
You must have a duplicatable approach and system, especially when using attraction marketing. Don't expect to recruit on 100% autopilot, but it does demand consistency using systems and approaches that are actually working. Expect also that you’ll have to continually tweak your system, as the industry is in constant flux and products are being revised by your company and your competition on a continuous basis.
