Ask anyone who has been involved in Multi Level Marketing (MLM) what the main stumbling block was for them, and they’ll probably tell you getting traffic to sell to. This is where the Reverse Funnel System promises to break the MLM mold – by giving you an automated system that will help bring traffic to you, and the training needed to convert them into sales.
The brainchild of Internet entrepreneur Ty Coughlin, the system claims to be able to earn you up to $10,000 every week, simply by following its proven MLM system. It does this slightly in reverse to normal Multi Level Marketing methods – instead of you having to source out leads, all the marketing is done for you by Ty and his associates. As the blurb on the advertising goes, “if you can Cut & Paste, you can use the Reverse Funnel System”. So does it really work?

Well, like the best and the worst of the majority of MLM approaches, yes and no. Admittedly, if you were to read the testimonials and listen to the free audio recordings on the sales page, you’d be forgiven for thinking that you can’t help but be successful. After all, the marketing and the advertising is done for you, and the leads are sent to you automatically – all you have to do is drive them to your site and convert. Whilst there is definitely money to be made with the Reverse Funnel System, it can come at quite a hefty cost.
To start with, before you even get approved to join the Reverse Funnel System, you’ll be asked for $50 upfront. This is like a “weeding process”, where the company wants to make sure that any time wasters are put off by this request. This is fair enough, since it should then just leave those truly interested in the system, which in turn should lead to a far stronger sales team. Once you’ve paid that, you still have to pass the final approval – if so, you’re on the team and ready to earn. If not, the $50 is refunded to you. So far, so good.
Then it gets tricky. On average, to really make the system work for you, you’re going to have to invest around $3 4,000 in training and other marketing costs before you see your first sale come through the door. You also have a $300 per month fee to use the Reverse Funnel System itself, which unless you’re getting the sales it promises, is even more money down the drain.
There’s no doubt that there is a lot of money to be made from using the Reverse Funnel System. By providing an automated lead list that has already been primed by advertising, users of the system certainly have less legwork to carry out than many other MLM services. However, the claim that “it will create massive wealth for virtually anyone regardless of your background, education or current income is just a little far fetched.
It’s obvious that only the truly savvy in Internet marketing will benefit from the Reverse Funnel System, and even then only those who have a large amount of money to invest in the first place. For everyone else, it’s back to the pipe dream.
