Most folks would really like to be higher communicators. As leaders, co-employees, team members and in all of the other roles we have a tendency to play each professionally and personally, we tend to recognize that communication could be a major key to success.

When we are pissed off or stymied by one thing, typically higher communication would have improved it.

Think about the new government or manager who walks into their 1st meeting. Each movement is watched. Where they sit is analyzed. What they are saying is mentioned later. Did they create declarative statements or ask questions? Did they smile? Were they quiet or too quiet? What regarding their tone of voice?
