Lose your fat in one week

The arrival of people scares many. During winter most of us acquire a few extra pounds and when obtained arrives it is dreadful to walk around in our swimwear with bulging stomachs. If only we could drop those extra pounds quickly. There is a way to lose those pounds quickly. Just follow these tips for one week and you will be amazed at the results.

Tip 1: Be unwavering - if you are not really determined to lose a few pounds you will not be able to succeed. Create a mental picture of what you want to achieve and remind yourself daily to keep your focus. Keep your focus for just one week and stay firm in rejecting those delicious temptations.

Tip 2: Eat a little less with every meal. This may sound obvious, but it is one of the most effective ways to lose weight. {You do not have to starve yourself; just eat a ¼ or so less than usual|No need to starve yourself, just reduce about on quarter of the food you would usually eat|Just eat about one quarter less than normal}. You will be astounded at the difference this simple step makes.

Tip 3: Combining this tip with the previous one is very effective. Drink more water, but always try to drink at least one glass of water immediately before each meal. You will feel satisfied much easier this way. Water is also good for your overall well-being.

Tip 4: Eat more foods like vegetables, fibers and whole grains. These foods are very healthy and they will fill you quicker than most other foods. Usually you can eat "more" of these foods without gaining pounds so they are great to help fill you up.

Tip 5: Try to cut fatty foods and sugars from your diet. I know this is the hard part, but remember tip 1: be determined. You want to fit into that swimsuit. The food in tip 4 is great substitutions for fatty food and sugars. Avoid fried food or sweets for this week and rather take healthier alternatives like dried fruit. Cutting fats and sugars will make a big difference.

Tip 6: You know we had to have this tip: get more exercise. No need to hit a gym or run around the track. Simply walking a few minutes, climbing the stairs at work or riding a few minutes on a bike will help. . The previous tips help you to decrease your calorie intake, and that alone should have you drop a few pounds. Adding some exercises this week could double your fat burning process.
