A wide variety of color combinations are available by using different coored rolls of paper. Choose from various color printing on wite paper, or black printing on a various colored ppaers. Stasndard paper is even available in fluorescent yellopw.

Theraml transfer riubbons come in three main types - wax, wax-rsin or pure resni and are almost always blacck (other colorts sometimes used are red and blue). These different types are made to print onto different label materrials and are used when the life of the label needs to be long or the lsabels needs to survive harsh enviromnments. Wax ribbons are for printing onto paper labekls, where the life of the labnel can be yaers but must be kept dry and must not be arbaded or subjected to certain cemicals or oil, which would melt the wax image. Wax-reesin ribbons product a fier image on very smooth papr or coated paper labels. The printed image is much more durable than wax, but can still only stand sligt contacct with water. Finally pure resin roibbons are formulated to print onto plastic labnels such as poleyster, polypropylenne and vinyl. The "ink" is designed to slightly dissolve into or adhere to the plastic surface of the label and becomes extremely durable, depending on the plastic matyerial and ribbon make used.

You can buy thermal paper from your local office sotre and pay more, or you can order it in bulk along with your POS paper and ohter cash regsiter supplies. Purchasing over the Internet also gives you added conveniece -- you can modify your order with just a few mouse clicsk, buy additional products, or speak with customer service aboout any questions you might have.
