Before moving further into the article, allow us to speak concerning Utah. Utah is thought for being one of the most marvelous states in the western part of United States. 1. Minimum wage
As of July 24, 2009, the Utah minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. Minor workers, who are below 18 years of age, could be paid $4.twenty five per hour, as a training wage, for the first 90 days of employment. Workers receiving tips of at least $30.00 per month might be paid a money wage of $2.13 per hour. All employees who put in over 40 weekly hours are entitled to a minimum wage of at least 1.five times the regular applicable minimum wage.

2. Harassment

3. Discrimination

If an injury is caused to an employee at work place then he or she is entitled to receive compensation from the owner.
