Finally, the foremost important thing they are doing that the opposite cluster is not doing, is that they are taking action. With a positive mindset it is easy to take action. They are getting on the phone. They're not afraid to choose up the phone and call their past shoppers, their current shoppers, their sphere of influence, and even people they do not know. As a result of they understand that they have a valuable service they offer.
Normally once I coach my clients I coach them with this belief, "I've got a valuable service to offer and people are happy to hear from me." Since our beliefs produce our reality if that is what you place out to the universe that's what you get back.
Many of my former shoppers that are practicing being proactive, observe getting their purchasers connected with the good opportunities. They need really doubled and tripled their income in an economy that the rest of the globe is calling a recession.
My advice to any realty professional right now who needs to be successful is that this; you may have knowledge of this economy, however you do not need to participate. Instead you may do what Jack Canfield recommends and simply advice yourself, "I hear there is a recession happening and I choose to not participate."
