She was in bliss for the following 2 days until she was forcefully awaken by a loud and disturbing siren and also the captain shouting, "We're sinking, grab your life vests!" Since Tina may be a water baby, she stands still and refuse to grab a life vest, she still believes that the sea wouldn't eat her alive and that she would by any miracle be saved. However there aren't any miracles; she died within the arms of her beloved water.
