Do you know that Hemroids can be greatly cured simply with the help of water? Whether it is used for drinking or used as an external treatment agent, water is indeed quiet helpful in treating Hemroids. Go through any Hemroid guide and you will find a number of benefits listed about water in prevention and cure of Hemroids.
Generally, for many, Hemroids are an enormous embarrassing situation. This is because, patients suffering Hemroids face great difficulty in sitting, walking and doing other day-to-day activities. However, one really need not be this way. Hemroids are amongst the most common of all health ailments today, striking an estimated eight out of ten people once in their lifetime, which can be cured if you have accurate Hemroid information.
The first and foremost usage of water in Hemroid prevention is to drink at least eight to nine glasses of water every day. By this you can easily avoid constipation which is considered to be one of the primary reasons for the occurrence and growth of Hemroid. Water keeps your stools soft and also helps in pushing your bowels down.
Water is also present, though in small amount, in fibrous food. Fiber adds roughage to your stool and helps it absorb water, making it soft. It is recommended that people suffering Hemroids should consume good amount of fibrous food to avoid constipation.

Additionally, water in the form of ice packs or cold compresses can also be used on the anus area to relieve swelling caused due to Hemroid.
Lastly, water is also used as an external agent in a Sitz bath (plastic tub with warm water) for Hemroids cure. A Sitz bath is probably the most simple, safe, cheap and effective treatment for the pain of Hemroids. It is suggested that one should use this treatment method for at least 15 minutes, three times a day. This treatment is known to reduce pain and swelling caused due to Hemroids most effectively.
