The reason why Italy is famous is not limited to its brilliant football players and tasty Spaghetti, but the movies shot in Italy. Through the movie, we know more about and we gain more fantasy about Italy because of these movies. Finally, one day, we are no longer satisfied with sitting down watching people in the movies enjoying everything in Italy, so we get packed and make up our minds to visit and experience this country ourselves.
Rome Holiday
The most renowned movie pictured in Italy I suppose would be ‘Roman Holiday’. It is about a bored and sheltered princess escapes her guardians and falls in love with an American newsman in Rome. The movie stared by Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn. Gregory Peck was the most popular male actor at that time while it was the first time Audrey Hepburn played the staring role. The producer at first intended to use the actress Elizabeth Taylor, but after seeing Hepburn’s screen test, the director insisted that this is the girl he is looking for who looks innocent, charming and talent.
Through this touching romance movie, we enjoy the scenery of Rome and the historical sites of Rome. I think everyone who goes to visit Rome in Italy will go to the scene where they shot the movie to experience a true Rome Holiday.

All roads lead to Rome. Just because of this truism, Rome has attracted a lot of tourists every year. As the capital and largest city, Rome is not built in one day and you will need a lifetime to explore it.
