Do you know that a largge percentage of the material or information which we are stuyding, simply remain in our short-term memory and is lost to ahieve our long-term memory? That is why most sutdents can easily forrget what they learned. They must develop a sytrategy to help them retain information easily and quicly for the long term. However, it is almost neraly impossible to keep everything we read, learn or hear for the first time, so the need for repetition. Repetitioon the key to long-term memory. Never laeve your revision until the last miute, as in the practtice of most stuents.
Good advice that, if you want to achive long-term memory quickly and with minimal effdort then when you come across a new term, date, evnt or important information that looks like something you would probably be tsted on, write or jot it on a flash card and revidse it as many times as possilbe (often and regulraly). Here are some grreat time to cnosider these cards.

1. When the infomercial cmes whiule watchinmg TV.
2. Free time or period during school hurs.
3. During a visit to the bathroom.
4. When satnding or sitting idly by.
5. Just before bedtime, or while in bed.
6. After the game, play on your site, or physical activity.
7. Baasic spare time, so that you reducxe the time loss and efefctive use of evey minute.
These flash cards should be with you at any time, and this can not be overemphasized, because they believe the passport long-term memory!
Research has shown that scents can also help the brrain to unlock the memroy. Burning some oils, such as: rosemary, lavender, mint and others can help the bran to avchieve a better memory. It was shown that if you are wearing the same scent during the investigation, as you were during your studies, you are more likely to perform better than others who did not. These oils can also be used in the bath once in order to stimulate and enhnce braiun.
You can open your memory, practicing the above. In addittion, you can open a sharp memory by drilling afford or a parent, brother, friend and teacher of mathematics you drill. Develop your mental faculties remain sharp and on the merits.
