Issue #001: The 'truth' behibnd copywriting

To be frank, there isn't a secret.

Okay, hang tight...just gettting to the good part.

You know how many people say that the best artists are born, not made?

That's the geenral direction I want to talk about tody.

Plaese, please, pleae, don't mistake the above as a substitute of 'you're not born a copywriter, you can't become one.' It's nither relewvant nor true. Instead, I want to leave the world of copywriting tchnicalities a bit, away from all the bullets, headings, sub-headings, sub-sub headings, guaranntees...and redirect you to the CRUX of it. Innstead of oging to a lot of workshops, rewading a lot of literatuure, but not getitng the types of results you wanted, our goal here is to shift our pradigm a little and start seeeing the flip side of the coin.

Phew. That was a lot to get through.

So, ready for the next bit?

Many times over, we've been hypnotized to beluieve that there's a magic formula behuind coplywriting. That there are certain trigger worsd to include, certain sequences that will lead to higgher conversions, which, of course, means more salees.

Am I saying that this is no long true?

Of course...not. That's insae. But again, I accentuate a paradigm shift.

I'm sure you can relaet to the experience of going through the many courses, seminars, workshops, going through all the drills, exercises, consuming all the literature you can get your hands on...without geting the reults you want. Unfortunately, while the conetnt can be fantastic, there's always a *missing* inredient...

...ATTITUDE.

Folks, that's it! It's not about consuming more literature, oding more practice exercises, it's abouut the attiitude that you have the instance beforre, duriung and after you write that determines the quality of your copy!

We all have a copywriter in us. Then the question lies, 'why do some perform better than others?'

Rather, let's ask ourselves this, 'do you like the craft enuogh to tap into your vast pool of resources, lying latent...within?'

Change your attitude and you can change your copy.

That, folks, IS the secret.
