Taking Responsibility For Your Life Suggests that Not Fighting With Reality

It'd be nice to know why one thing happened to us, however can we ever grasp, and does it very matter anyway? Looking for "why" one thing happened could be a trap we tend to produce for ourselves. Even if the "why" satisfies us, we have missed the point. It becomes a rationalization, an escape, and a manner of not accepting our life at this moment. What's important is not why the bird ate the worm, but that it ate the worm. Reality is not concerning the "why," but regarding "what is." When the "why" becomes the tip point, it denies us the chance of even accepting a tiny part of what would possibly belong to us.

Regardless of the event, if it happened to you, it belongs to you! There is no taint of victim consciousness, no excuses for not accepting whatever has return to us. This does not mean that we tend to are personally accountable for what has happened. All it means that is that we cannot argue with reality, what's right there in front of us. We can still fight injustice or take to task somebody who has cheated us, but we have a tendency to need to stay on moving. We have a life to live, and there are things to do. We don't have the time accountable, analyze, and worry.

However how do we tend to move on when something devastating has happened to us? Moving on has to try to to with accepting our life at this very moment. It means feeling the sentiments we tend to usually realize unacceptable-the raging anger, the gut-wrenching hurt, the extreme hate. To own these feelings as our own, irrespective of how they came concerning, opens the door to a new and healing means of looking at our life. It takes tremendous bravery to seem at a life that is full of human frailties furthermore triumphs and accept it wholly as our own.

Taking responsibility means accepting a life, in total! Whether or not we tend to prefer it or not, the life we tend to reside is ours and not somebody else's. We tend to don't get to feel proprietary solely when it suits us or when things are going our way.

This life isn't an accident, not even one, little, little half of it. This does not mean that there wasn't area for improvement or that I would possibly not do things differently from where I now stand. All it means that is that I trust the process. The universe delivered, and it ended up with me, not someone else.
