We embrace our work with passion and devotion, willingly sacrificing family and friends. We tend to believe that the longer and harder we have a tendency to work, the additional we tend to will be rewarded. Ostensibly, our focus is on cash and status, but in reality, we tend to do this stuff as a result of we tend to feel they can create us happy. But do they?
No matter how overwhelmed we have a tendency to become, our minds and bodies racing, we have a tendency to build excuses for our hectic life. "This is what I want to try and do to urge ahead." "My job demands I work these long hours." We tell ourselves these things as a result of we tend to would like to believe they are true.

After all, we tend to spend the bulk of our life at work, and to admit that there is one thing wrong suggests that we have a tendency to need to stop. And stopping is what we have a tendency to do not want to do. We tend to purposely keep ourselves overloaded with grueling schedules and constantly ringing cell phones. We are therefore used to not feeling that we tend to keep ourselves distracted with this overpacked life; for to stop would mean to feel, and this can be what we tend to are subconsciously avoiding.
This automatic existence robs us of feeling-of being gift-and keeps us always and forever, off from the action. Our glamorous busy life has failed to create us feel good.
That's because, to feel sensible, we have a tendency to want to feel, period. However that's not doable if all our energy is above our neck. A racing mind prevents us from feeling and keeps us from experiencing joy.
To stop this runaway train, we have a tendency to want to acknowledge that we are on overload. Instead of do additional, we have a tendency to would like to try to to less. If we keep pushing past this time, we will feel even more overwhelmed. This can be after we get sick, build mistakes, have a fender bender. I knew an attorney, who kept saying he required to slow it down. He wished additional time along with his family, a lot of time for himself. Either means, it stops a racing mind and allows you to breathe.
