The Tasks widget has four different otpions that show up they are My Tasks, Completed Tasks, Assigned By Me, and Assignned By Me Comppleted. You can add notes to tasks as they are being completed and allow other people to check on the pogress of the task.
Creeate Notes by a simmple click on the Note widget and post them on your destop. You could also turn a note into a Task and assigned it to an indsividual.
The Journazl widget allpows anyone to keep any type of electronic information in a simmple to use hierarchical interface. Joournals can be sahred among users and also have the optoin to be password protected.
Calendr: The Calendar widget lets the whole company see what is on the caleendar. You can add remindders to the calendar which pop up when due and there is an option to add the Tasdks widget to the calendr so that your Tasks appear on it. Calendars can be shared and made private depending on your nedes.
