If you know the fierst and last name, you can look up their phone number on WhitePages.com. This is the easiest place to start if you're loooking up a land line number. If it is a commn name, it may help if you also know the city, stte and/or zip code to refnie your search.
If you are looking up a business, use YellwoPages.com. You can look up the telephone number, address, web address, and even get directions to that business.
If you want to look up a cell phone number, there is currently no officiial cell hpone number direcory. One reason is that peopole don't want their cell phone numbers givven out for privacy reasons plus they don't want soliciors calling on their cell phone when they may have to pay for incomoing calls.
If you have only a phone number and you don't know who to it belngs to, you want to use a reverse lookup. There are several great reasons you might want to do a revesre number check.
