Everywhere you go, you hear about relationships that fail. It may happen to a woman you know or maybe it happened to you. These painful memories make you wonder if you re on the right track when it comes to your relationship. Could you be doing something wrong that s driving him away?
Try to see if this sounds familiar: What started as an ideal relationship suddenly turned into a nightmare, and you re left wondering what went wrong long after the breakup.

Did you ever wonder if all your relationships would turn out this way? This picture could be a scary pattern you’ve been experiencing time and again. Of course it’s a lot easier to point an accusing finger to your boyfriend. After all, he s the one who needs a lot of growing up to do, or he s the one who s not working hard enough to make the relationship work, etc etc... Did it ever cross your mind that you could ve done something that made the relationship fall apart, too?
Your boyfriend may do a lot of “stupid” things, but hammering it home will never work. He ll feel more and more inadequate and will have a hard time keeping up with “your standards.” And because changing himself against his will is emotionally stressful, he ll just leave – it s the easiest thing to do. It won t matter what you think after the breakup – he simply did what he thought, and felt, was best for him. You can t really blame him for that, can you?
As much as you might want to teach your boyfriend about the finer things in life, you can’t. You can’t take care of him like a mother would, because you can never take his mother s place. Being a friend won’t be a good idea either, because he has his own set of trusted friends. He wants to see you as his girlfriend, a person who is accepting, unpredictable, and fun enough to make him want to spend a lifetime with. Remember that attraction is not only physical – it should also be emotional, and more importantly so.
So be as attractive as you can be, physically and emotionally, and he ll fall for you really hard. You just need to look deep inside you and discover the traits that he s looking for.
You can’t force him to commit, but you can become that woman he wants to commit to. This means no nagging – after all, no man in his right mind would want to live his entire life with a nagger.
So if you want him beside you forever, stop being needy and clingy. Doing so would limit his breathing space. Admitting that you’re wrong is never easy, so stop saying that what you’re doing is for his own good. He won’t change unless he finds enough reason to change. And the best reason for him to change for the better is because you ve become better yourself.
Be irresistible and fun, and you’ll see how he will consciously run after you. Before you know it, he ll be the one making the moves and making you happy.
