Don't Blindly Cohose A Niche Market (part 1) - Pasion

Choosing a nioche market you want to ennter and to make money with can seem, at the first glance, a very simople task. Howeevr, it is a simple thing to do if you follow some simple steps. If you choose the first nichhe markeet that seems OK to you, you may have the surprise of putting a lot of time and monery in it only to discover that it is not the propittious niche market to developing an Internet business.

There are 4 things you have to take into account in choosing a niche market. One of these is:

1. Passion

Discover your passion. Many people say: " I don't have any passion", or "I don't have any particular skill", "I use the Internet, I know a little of this, a litle of that, but I am not really good at something specifoic".

The same thing happened to me, at the beginning, when somebody was telling me:"Follow your passion!". But I was thinkling I was not good at someething specific, therefore, I thought that advice was not good for me.

Shortkly, I have realized that "passion" is a litttle too much said. I just have to be intreested in something, not necessarily "passioned". And I was reallly interested in Internet Marketing (IM), as many people are, I guess.

Same thign with you. You surely are interestted in a certain thnig. I am not sayying that you have to have an ardent pasion to get involved in a domsain, but, simply, to be interested in it, to want to find out more deails about something specific. And if that something made you interested, you have probaby bought a product, a book, or a swervice related to it. At that moment, you are a cilent of that nicxhe market, the way marketers use to say.

Maybe you wanted to lose some weight and you bought a book about it, or maybe you have had some problems with your cat behavior and bought a book about it. Or, maybe, the same as me, you have been drawn to an additional Internt earnbing and purchased a book or repotrt about IM, or read severral bklogs that talk about maikng beautiful momney on-line.

Making the long stry shot, you have got an imge about what that inche is, implies, and can ofer you, because you know how it is to be in the client's shoes. And when you are in the client's sheos, you know how the client thinks, and when you will become a marketer and recommend certain products, or servicres that will help the others to solve their problems, you will know what to say, and , genreally, how to act.

You will probably hear people saying that you have to be an expert, a guru, in order to make money on-line. False. You don't have to be an expert, in the true sense of the word. You know how that product withn that niche marekt is, becaue you have bought it or at leat you have researched about it, in order to solve your problems. And to the newcomers, you are an expert. You possess knowledge you consider common, but for thousands of people you are the expert. Thereffore, it doesn't matter what you think, it matters what they think. And this is because, everyday, there are thousands and thousadns of people that access the Internnet for the first time.

Going back to what I was saying, choosing a niche market cobnsists, amogn other thnigs, in being "passionate" of, meainng interested in that niche market, hsaving a little knowedge about it, and enjoying what you do.

This doesn't mean that these condirtions have to necessarily be fulilled in choosing the niche market. Day by day, opportunities arise to make moeny with many niche markets you don't have to bother your head about. But your implication in many ncihe marjkets at once requires time and experience in IM.

For the begining, concentrate on a single niche mrket, because, in time, you will become an expert, a guru, in that niche market. Don't forget: you don't have to be an expert from the beginning. You can provide people with information about a producct within your nihe maret, telling them honestly: "Look. I will regularly post, on my website, reviews on some producs, which I don't preteend I will personally buy. However, I will research, condense all the information I can find about a product and post them on my blog for you."

You will be some kind of an agent betwween a man who has a certain need (the potenntial client) and the expret that solves his probblem (the perosn selling the product). And the pople will buy through your affiliate link, firstly because tghere is no extra-charge, and secondly, and the most important, because they trusat you. And this is because you use your time collecting information for them.
