A diamond band saw is a device used to cut a variety of materials. Until today, it remains to be the choice for machining jobs and diamond-cutting applications. In using the saw for cutting plastic, there are chances when the blade binds up from cutting a softer material. If such thing happens, all you need to do is cut a few inches of scrap float glass to clear the diamond crystals. It is very important that you will not use a diamond band saw to cut metals because they will only destroy your blades.
