There is one good saying "Health is Wealth", well said. Good health in alternative words is energy, happiness and all of these bring serenity in our life.
Combating with the things that come in our means and still maintaining health is not an straightforward task. But nothing is not possible; impossible is the word that itself says "I'm potential". Once all we are human, we tend to have feelings and emotions like happiness, sadness, anger and thus on. Every day we tend to go through these emotions and typically we tend to stress ourselves when limit is crossed.
