It is possible to created selection at intervals your chosen aerobic exercise program. For instance if your chosen activity is walking you can vary the means you walk. As an example if you were walking on a treadmill you may walk faster at intervals or you'll even walk on an incline. The selection will help you to continually benefit from the exercise program and not enable your body to adapt to easily. You need to be consistent with the activity no matter what you are doing as the frequency at which you exercise is very important to your success.
Here's an example of an Aerobic Exercise program that may be performed on the treadmill. It's solely 15 minutes duration but you'll burn calories and find a very smart workout. If you are a beginner then you want to adjust the levels accordingly till you've designed up your fitness level to handle the program.
Begin walking on the treadmill at a speed of 2.5, walk at this pace for a minute (this is often a easy transient warm up)
increase the speed to 3.5 and walk for 2 mins

decrease speed to 2.five and walk for one minute
increase speed to 3.5, incline the treadmill to level seven and walk for two minutes
decrease speed to 3.0, reduce incline to zero and walk for one minute
increase speed on treadmill to 5.5 (jogging) for 2 minutes (if this can be too slow or too quick adjust to your level, the necessary half is the time)
decrease speed to 3.zero and walk for 1 minute
increase speed to 5.zero and incline treadmill to level 10 for 2 mins (if this can be too slow or too fast change to your level, the necessary half is the time)
decrease speed to 3.0 but leave incline on ten for two mins
reduce incline to 0, scale back speed to 2.5 and walk for one minute
You can alter this routine to your level of fitness by increasing/decreasing speed and inclination. You'll also increase the time from 15 minutes to twenty minutes and follow the same pattern on the intervals.
