You should have an ample amount of people skills and have a better knowledge of your customer's needs and put everything to their satisfaction. You should also show concern for the people that you attend to so that you can provide them with exactly what they want, and their appreciation would be rewarding, not to mention the financial gains that you can obtain for yourself.
Willingness to work hard.
As the saying goes, "Survival of the fittest", only the toughest survive in the field of real estate. Working as hard as you can in this field, just like in any other business, and you are well on your way to success.
