You know for a fact that brochure printing is one of the most effective marketing tools for any business to have. It is the one collateral that can actually provide you with the opportunity to make a good impression that you are a solid, professional and reliable company that has the same equally solid and reliable products and services. Hence, it is a marketing tool that can help you build a lasting relationship with your target clients that is based on trust and confidence.

Unlike a print business card, your print brochures introduce your company and business to your target clients just like an executive summary. This means that you can do a little bit of bragging in your brochure without having to feel like you are conceited or anything. Even when you present your expertise and credentials, it won’t come off as arrogance because your copy would appear like you are just introducing yourself to your target clients. It is therefore an opportunity for you to provide that lasting impression that makes it possible for your target clients to remember you even when your brochure printing is already gone.

But it also doesn’t mean that you have to write a dissertation or a long journal about your company and what you can do. In fact, a good brochure that is effective must be brief. It must be able to communicate the most important things about you, your benefits, and your products and services. The most important thing to remember is to be concise with your copy so you can convey your ideas to your target clients and be able to convince them of your value in a manner that is direct to the point. No need to bore your readers with long winding explanations; you can get them at hello if you’re really good at communicating your message in the most concise way possible.

Your print brochures then should be able to open doors for you even before you start doing your sales call. Not only that, but your print brochure can also be a reminder to your target clients of who you are and what you can do to which your target clients can refer to later on.

If your brochure printing can do all of the above and more, then what you have in your hands is a really effective marketing tool that can get you results the way you want them.

But if your brochure doesn’t do all that, it is time for you to change it. Today would be a good time for you to give a total overhaul to your print brochure.

Don’t wait for your color brochures to disappear because they weren’t able to convince your target clients of your business’ value. Indeed, a bad brochure goes to oblivion because they would go directly to the trash, along with your contact information and offer. When that happens, then you have just wasted not only your precious money, but also your time and effort, as well as that of the people who have helped you come up with your brochure material. You have just lost your golden opportunity of making a sale possible when you turned your print brochures into junk. Even if you saved a few dollars worth of ink or paper when printing your brochures, it’s not worth anything if it can’t get you that chance to get even one step in the door of your target clients.

So what am I driving at here? Just that a badly done and cheap looking brochure will not get you anywhere no matter how much you were able to save from your marketing budget. What kind of brochure you have reflects the way you do business. If you can’t do a good job of printing brochures then how the hell do you think you can convince your target clients of your earnestness to provide them with great products and services?
