Democracy is the system of government in which the power to rule is given by the people. Democracy is considered as the sole model of justified government in the current era because this is the only way the equality and freedom can be provided to the people. There is no definition of democracy but rather is considered as a philosophy (Benhabib, 1996). There are various types of democratic disciplines but the emphasis in the system is to uniform the power distribution in which the government should not become more powerful and considers itself above the law. Legislations are passed in order to avoid such incidents, but whenever power distribution equilibrium is disturbed, the problems are inevitable not only for society but for the whole political system. This is where powers like army intrusion and taking over the control becomes common. Another term liberal democracy has staged the surface is based on the constitution. The constitution democracy is based on the rules and regulations which are governed by a power authority which overlooks the steps taken by the democratic government. The term liberal governmental terms originated when the communists made their way on the top during the cold war. Communists also believed that the system they are authorizing is a form of democracy, but in reality it was different and liberal democracy term was used to differentiate it with the communism (Benhabib, 1996).

s have different modes of democracy. The famous ones are parliamentary system and Electoral College system. Current government of USA is working very hard in order to make the people say in the government in many countries. The invasion of Iraq was one step of this in which the overthrowing of Saddam was the beginning of a new democratic government, though the real setup of government of USA is quite a different type of democratic form which it is propelling in various other countries. The parliamentary system is present in many of allies of USA including Pakistan and Turkey. The system involves the elections presided by the election commissions and monitored by international observers. In the elections various parties setup their motives to fight in elections against opponents of different parties (Diamond & Morlino, 2005). There are two types of elections in the parliamentary system which is undergone at the same time. They are Provincial Assembly Elections and National Assembly Elections. The winner of the National Assembly Elections makes up the government on the National front whereas the Provincial Assemble Elections makes up the provincial front (Dahl, 1963). The power of people is clearly described in these elections as the people come out to cast their votes in the favor of those who they think is better than others and can control the country better than others. Though there are various flaws in the systems. In third world countries, this system is effective but it is very common as well to see a major shift in power.
