History of the house
It is important to know more about the history of the house and to know why the previous owner decided to sell the house. History also includes when the house was built and how many families used to live there. Agents, sometimes, don't disclose these things so you may want to ask around the neighborhood.
When you think the agent you hired is withholding information, this is a red flag. You may want to hire another one. Know as much as you can about the property you plan to buy.
