Backup Xbox 360 Games Essentials - Read This Before You attempt to Copy Video Games

I recently decided to find the best way to backup my Xbox 360 games to save them from damage and deterioration. I had never really been interested in copying games until I had a disaster recently and a $70 damaged video game ended up in discs heaven. I needed a simple software program with an easy to use console (preferably a wizard to help me) that would make image copies of my original media. I have a laptop computer with a DVD burner and a reasonable knowledge of how to download the burning software and updates, to allow me to have a quick and easy method to backup games for my Xbox and my kids Playstation.
A look on the internet gave me a few options for software for burning games. I was not that sure which one to go for, but I ended up with a games software backup utility that would make exact copies of Xbox 360 games, and also those of the playstation, Wii, Gamecube and also PC games. I thought that the first games i burned would be a disaster, but I was surprised to find that after I installed the download software, the games backup took a very short time and I was using the backup copy in less than 30 minutes. It was far simpler backup video games than I ever imagined and I have catalogued my findings on my blog, to help others.

The program was easy to install and the games backups work perfectly. It was a cheap tool and has made backing games up an easy procedure. I am delighted that my fist software choice to make copies of Xbox 360 games was so successful, luck more than judgement.
Since getting the software, I have managed to copy all of my 40 or so games and have found only one that failed to work correctly, possibly due to a faulty disc or similar. The kids games are all working well, and I have had to bring the originals out on a number of occasions due to the copies getting damaged. The originals are stashed safely away for safe keeping. I would certainly recommend to anyone the benefits of copying games as a backup method. The piece of mind that you get from knowing that your games investment is completely safe makes the small cost of the downloadable software pail into insignificance.
