This is your chance to reflect on the why and even more importantly your part in the why. But, go out and live your life and don't spend every day at home by yourself. Join a gym, continue with your hobbies, do everything possible to keep positive.
Tip #3: I think the most important tip to get your ex back is slowly re-connect with your ex. The most important thing to remember here is that this is not an overnight process. The first two tips are done over the course of a few weeks. Things have to calm down after the break up before you can begin trying to get her back.
Doing the wrong thing at this early stage of trying to get your ex back could be a game ender. Make a plan and don't deviate for any reason. Would you try to craft a boat without having the plans drawn up? Take the same kind of pride in your attempt to get your ex back.
