Men usually use his time tested lines to open up a conversation with the women who catches their eye. There are lines that work, some don’t. It would be to your advantage if you know what works with him and what doesn’t.
Do you know what doesn’t work? For one, you may think that clinging on to him tightly and pretending to be cute will make him feel like your knight in shining armor. He won’t look for another woman if he thinks that he’s capable of bringing you happiness, right? This isn’t so.

If you’re clingy he will associate that with being needy – someone who rushes into a commitment with the man she first sees. Nobody wants to spend their precious time with clingy women, except maybe immature men. You don’t want to go out with an immature man, do you?
If he wants to go to bed with you and you give in, do you think he would want to see more of you?
He won’t, right? Having a woman in bed with him is a man’s utmost “achievement” in a relationship. Getting their goals are exciting for them and sleeping with their girlfriend is one of the challenges that he needs to achieve. So sleeping with him immediately would be a recipe for disaster because he will look somewhere else for someone who offers another challenge.
Everybody has his or her own problem, and your boyfriend has his own share. Are you thinking of helping him find solutions to his problems believing that he will love you more if you do? Why not be a friend to him, you say.
Yes, you can be his friend, but think of the possible consequences of your actions. He may give back love for the friendship that you have to offer, but the odds are stacked up against you. Acting as his friend may make him see you as the best friend that he should have. He will then share with you everything that’s happening in his life including the interesting woman that he’s eyeing.
Painful, is it?
How then can you captivate and keep him?
Don’t look any farther for answers – in reality all you need to do is to be true to yourself.
A woman who doesn’t know how to comfortably celebrate her being a woman and explore her potentials to the fullest is insecure. She may not be able to maximize her totality be it emotional, physical or intellectual. She is insecure and wastes her time covering up her shortcomings. She is a woman who is bound to have a nervous breakdown because of all the cover ups, and this will ultimately lead to the breakdown of the relationship.
At the end of the day you just have to be at peace with who you really are and what you can do. You can’t be the person that you’re not so just strive harder to be the better person that you can be. Show the world the real you, flaws included. By being true to yourself and by showing that you can enjoy life even through your imperfections you will be the exciting and honest woman that the better men are on the lookout for.
