Have you watched "Yes Man" with Jim Carrey? Jim Carrey's character in the film used to be a complete loser who used to reject all great stuff that came to him. And then his life had magically transformed when he started to say "yes" to opportunities no matter how scared he felt at first. The message this film sends is quite strong: it's not about craving for things to come into your life or striving to get them, but rather about accepting what is already coming to you.
And many men don't. You probably know a few of them - when presented with a great chance, they are just too scared to take it. Why? There is a number of reasons. They might be either feeling unworthy of it, stuck in memories of the past, too rigid about how things are supposed to happen, or just plain scared of big changes in life.

Saying Yes To Life To Attract Women
How is this related to your love life and being successful with attracting women? Directly, in fact! Some guys read up a lot on the subject of attracting women, but just don't go out to meet them, thus saying "No" to the women who may otherwise be coming into their life. Others do go out, but only speak to the women who their friends consider "hot", instead of talking to someone they really like and connect with. Yet other guys are too rigid about how the process of "pick up" should go so that they repress all their natural abilities to attract and seduce a woman. Effectively, what they all are doing is opposing the natural flow and saying "no" to life.
How To Say "Yes" To Life?
So how can you start saying "Yes" to life more?
1. Get out of your house. Meet new people, travel new places. Let the life present itself to you.
2. When you see that cute woman you like, say "yes" to your initial impulse, and go and talk to her.
3. When your friends invite you to join them in a new activity or just to go out - give it a go, you never know where this may lead you.
4. If you feel that strange feeling in your gut prompting you to do something - trust your gut and just go for it.
Ok, let's get even more practical. What can you do today to discover how to say yes to life? Here's a great exercise for you...
"Do what you want" exercise
Spend one day of your life doing ONLY things you want to do. Say yes to your every desire. Don't do anything because you have to, need to or must do. Do only those things you WANT. Don't mistake them for things that'd be easier to do or things you're most used to. It's not about laying on the coach in front of TV just because you cannot be bothered to do anything else. It's more about going through the fear of doing something new and getting out of your house, going to a new place or talking to a cute woman you just met. In that moment of choice, choose to say "Yes" to those things you want.
A note of caution: it's not about mindlessly saying "yes" to everything. If a beggar walks up to me in the street and asks to give him my wallet, I will surely say "no". Remember, it's your choice, don't let anyone take it away from you.
