Sleep Anywhere Anytime

Ah, sleep, miraculous sleep, a reprieve from the stress, crazy kids, the worry of bills, a possible foreclosure, but with the wonder of rest we are reinvigorated willing to take it all on again.

But all to often for many its toss and turn, the imental buzz saw of internal dialog will not shut off, where is the kill switch, I walk anxious in the night, dam it 2am only three hours sleep, what can I do?

Familiar for many this is the norm. And there is also a Bill, we will call him that, he sleeps under a tree, in his car, on a park bench, fifteen minutes of his lunch break, anywhere any time. Yes the Bill's of world exist; I am now one of them.

The difference is more in mind than in what is happening in the person's reality. Many a Bill has financial, emotional bringing up kids problems. The worrier and Bill live in the same world but their viewpoint is different.

I taught over fourteen thousand people in-group seminars both in the US and Canada to change their viewpoint through imagination, Alpha Meditation and re programming of the subconscious mind. Those that had sleeping problem found rest, the over stressed began to relax.

Its all a point of view, and we choose our perspective consciously or un-consciously, in this way we see and experience the world.

If we grew up with parents that were loving and taught us to not be overly attached to circumstance and the experiences happening in our personal world, we more than likely have a bit of a Bill in us.

Conversely if we grew up with and anxious worrywart, afraid of many things as I did we grow up anxious, looking over our shoulder, walking in the middle of the night afraid.

Drugs will not heal the problem, the relief is mostly temporary at best, and we are often left with a dull hangover, a feeling of not having rested very well.

If I could just give you Bill's thought process his viewpoint, wow, how cool, how wonderful. Well I can't give it to you but I can teach it to you. Our viewpoint is learned, but like driving a car mostly its on automatic, you can drive for miles talking to a friend and when you reach your destination, you can't remember how you got there.

Bill also doesn't know why it so easy for him to detach from his daily problems and fall asleep, but he does.

We are all aware of how some sounds grate like squeaky chalk on a black board, conversely the tone and ring of a Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls will ease us into daydream, and daydream is Alpha Meditation, that state of consciousness that causes homeostasis, balance, renewal and in this state you are open to suggestion and re-programming of the subconscious becomes easy.

Knowing all this from forty years of teaching and research I got together with friend Stephen Pranger who does sound events using crystal bowls. Having have attended several of his Cryslas Crystal Singing Bowls concert performances, I watched people from age ten to ninety nod out, go into Alpha Meditation like they had been doing it all their life, his performance allowed them to let go, many finding that the hour long event seemed like five or ten minutes similar to when we wake in the morning after a good nights sleep.

I knew this was a near perfect tool to use with reprogramming methods to teach people to fall asleep easily and effortlessly. Out of this came the CD "Ultimate Rest" a combination of Stephen's performed sounds and developed scripts to rewire our thought process so that sleep comes easy and in a short period of time using the CD we become like Bill, a sleep anywhere any time person. As and added benefit we see many lowering their blood pressure, reduced stress and greater clarity of mind.
