On my last topic, I discussed what stress is and how it started. I also gave some tips on how we’ll be able to fight stress by relaxation. Now, that we know how we’ll be able to avoid stress, we can also start managing stress in order for us to cope with stress. It’s important for us to know how we’ll be able to reduce stress so that we can live our lives in a normal way without worrying too much about everything. You guys might be thinking that it is impossible to reduce stress because of your job, your daily lives, or even dealing with other people.
Managing stress is all about taking charge: taking charge of your thoughts, your emotions, your schedule, your environment, and the way you deal with problems. If you will let your work take control over you, then chances are you will always be under pressure and it will affect your schedule with your friends and family which are the only way you can have fun with your life. You need to find a way how you’ll be able to balance your work, your time with your friends, your family, and at the same time, yourself. We all need a time to be alone in order for us to relax and to be at ease.

I found some readings that has tips on how to reduce stress by using the what they call “S.P.A.R.K.L.E” formula. You should be able to “Sleep well”, “Plan every day”, “Anticipate less”, “Relax” (which is the most important part of this formula), “Keep anger under control”, “Laugh”, “Eat well and Exercise”. I think out of the seven, the only one that I need to work on is controlling my anger. One thing that I started doing is planning my day with the use of my planner. It really helps me organize my schedule and finish my tasks at work.
As long as you can reduce and manage stress, you won’t have any problems dealing with your daily challenges such as your work and your responsibilities from your home with your family. You can also try other hobbies such as yoga which is good in making you relax and take off all the negative energy in your body or sports such as boxing in order for you to release all the negative energy as well. It depends on how you want to deal with it actually. Visit “managingstressrelief.info” to know more about stress and how you can manage it.
