There are crimes even in the internet, and one of the most infamous in the web is called identity theft. The rate of it grows even as you read on this article. Identity theft rings are syndicates of usually 5 10 people allied together with a common goal – to steal identities and benefit from it. They are more capable of stealing identities as they have more knowledge power in terms of people. They tend to hack and spy upon you. Be cautious. Aside from that, they can be allied with another country’s syndicate as well and they would spend on you if they have to do so.
