Wellbeing of camping life

They are two completely different ways to travel, but each offers tangible benefits. In this section we will discuss the many benefits of going camping. The camping is the best way to recover from the stress of winter work. The camp is in fact the ideal holiday to resume contact with nature, breathe clean air, get free of smog accumulated during the long winter months. The authentic contact with nature, sleeping only a few inches from the ground, walking among the trees and some minor mishaps are the best to break the daily routine. Break with tradition and return to a more natural pace, more savage, helps to recharge and return to work full of energy and will to work. Obviously one must leave well-equipped with camping tents, sleeping bags, stakes, rubber hammer, mattresses and everything else can serve. And one should not think that sleeping outdoors at night means suffer the cold because modern sleeping bags are made to keep warm up even at 0 °, depending on the model of course.

Here are some tips to relax the best in camping. Do not forget the air mattress, which allows you to vary at will the hardness of the mattress to adapt to the progressive relaxation of the body during the holiday. The tent should not be placed at a point exposed and east to avoid the sun at dawn warms too much, ruining the final hours of sleep. Before leaving, check the news of civil protection to avoid hitting some risky places. Check at least a few days before if in the area where you want to go are present camping or picnic areas, however, usually they are found in every tourist destination, but are in areas outside the cities and towns.

the camp, thanks to abundant energy exchange between the environment and body, allows you to adjust the metabolic levels and report back in line with the demand of the physical. To improve the welfare of the body you must follow the circadian rhythms of nature, falling asleep at sunset and waking up with the sun.
The alimentation must be as natural and "wild" as possible, with an extensive use of local and seasonal fruits, raw vegetables (them too local and in season) and some grilled fresh fish (even cooked with the stick). With this "return to origin" the body finds new energy thanks to the synchronicity between internal rhythms and external environment that reduces the physical and psychological stress caused by city life, work and pressing artificial light.

Walking in wooded areas complete the "care of nature" by simulating the long journey that our ancestors - about 20,000 years ago - make every day to obtain food, the water and return to their refuge. In short, natural living is fun and adventurous, disrupts daily rhythms and may let you find peace, prosperity and security. And what is more important, it is an economic experience and suitable for all ages.
To bring some of these benefits also in town, or for those who do not want to try this wonderful adventure, you can think of buying a gazebo to be placed in the garden, and thus try to live a bit in the nature even when at home.
