Other options include sewing bra cups onto the inside of the dress, but this can prove to be tricky. Wear bra cups that adhere naturally to your bosom and body. These backless bras are made of special material (like foam) that allows the cups to stick to the front of your body. Another option includes the relatively modern backless bra. There are straps, but no back strap. This makes it easier for you to have support without showing the bra straps.
Beauty: While tanning in beds and in the sun has become naughty, you can still opt for odorless lotion tans or spray on tans. A tan will make your back look toned and smooth. Also consider powdering your back with corn silk to lessen the appearance of sheen. A week or so before wearing a backless dress to a special occasion, use benzoyl peroxide or acne medicated cleanser to scrub your back and lift dirt, oil, and clear any blackheads, whiteheads, or pimples.
Posture: Stand up tall and refrain from slouching. If you are uncomfortable, don't wear a backless dress. Once you have it on, be proud and confident.
