You must define yourself as a leader. Even if you are just starting out, you need to convey yourself as a leader. Leaders have countless things going for them. The first and foremost appealing aspect is their confidence. They take control of the conversation up front. Even if you have been in your company only one week, you still have one week more experience than someone brand new.
Leaders are charismatic. People are drawn to them. They have branded themselves and people seek them out. This is why they can move from the top of one company to the top of another. They have taken the time to brand themselves, made connections with the right people, and actively prospect.
These leaders seem to assemble their MLM downline effortlessly. However, because they have put themselves in their leadership position, recruiting into their downline makes it a lot easier. People usually don't join companies because of the specific company and product. They join because they feel their sponsor can give them the best opportunity to achieve their dreams.
