Sweating is an important function in a person's body. There are various reasons why people fret out and when they are agitated, they even tend to sweat even more. People sweat to regulate body temperature and to eliminate excess fluids and other toxins present in the skin. Also, some persons who have fever or those who are exposed to very hot surroundings sweat to adjust their body to the current environment. But there are some instances when a person sweats even without in these situations. They sweat more than the usual or they sweat continuously.

This can be a hard thing to do but thinking that this would be make the individual feel more at ease with his environment and on being seen more often in public. Lifestyle change may really help and avoiding anxious situations may reduce a person's sweating.
