1.First, place your hands at the bottom of your chest and feel that ribs are moving towards the middle, and then move your hand slightly below this point (it is a few centimetres above your belly button).
2.Then sing a note on one pitch in your comfortable range. Any kind of note will do.
3.While you’re singing the note, push gently with your hands in a pull in and pull out motion, try doing this for 3 to 4 times a second.
