Breast Exercises For Women - Great Simple Exercises to Tone Up The Breast

As women, having the perfect pair of breasts and decolletage is something we all desire. When we are young our breasts are naturally plump and sit perfectly upon our chests. As we age though, that awful downward motion begins - sagging, as it is quite commonly named. We tighten our bra straps and worry relentlessly on losing the perfect form. Our ears prick up every time we hear tails of plumper breasts through miracle lotions or medications.

The truth of the matter is, there do exist simple exercises that can tone up the breast and slow down the process of sagging. Taking a little time out of each day will reap the rewards in the long term. Not only will you be pleased with the results, but also your partner or potential dates!

The idea of the following exercises is to stimulate the muscles just above the breast. By firming these muscles it allows for a natural lifting of your prized possessions. Even for those of you who are happy with the form of your breast, its still a good idea to practice these easy exercises to keep them in good shape

1) Pressure. One of the most simple exercises to improve your bust is applying pressure. Position yourself in front of a wall and rest your palms against it, with arms in line with the shoulders. Envisage that you are trying to push the wall away from you - hold this for around ten seconds before releasing. Aim to do a set of ten repetitions.

2) Elbow's Touch. In a standing position place both hands on your hips. It is important to keep your back straight and your shoulders back. One at a time take each hand around the back of your body and reach out to the opposite elbow. It should be a gentle rather than rash movement, holding for 10 - 15 seconds. Aim at around 8 repetitions on each arm.

3) Pressing Palms. This is so easy to do - just push your palms to one another as if praying (praying for a perfect pair of breasts perhaps!). Press as hard as you can for 5 - 10 seconds. 10 repetitions should do the job.

4) Breast Stroke. If you have access to a pool then a few lengths of breast stroke is one of the most effective methods of firming the breasts and chest area. For those who don't have access to a pool then don't despair! The same motion can be practiced on dry land. Keep your elbows level with your shoulders and do around 100 strokes, slowly! Better still if you can keep the pectoral muscles taut throughout the exercise.

The above exercises carried out on a daily basis or just a few times in the week are a sure-fire winner. Always carry yourself and walk with a good posture with your shoulders back and chest forward.
