Kyrgyzstan, even identified as the Switzerland of Asia, is gifted by abundant natural magnificence and alluring sites that are worth visiting. Kyrgyzstan's 3/4th of the land is covered by Tian Shan Mountains which offers endless mountaineering and hiking chances to those adventure lovers. To the north of Kyrgyzstan are the temperate foothills and to the southwest you will notice the green and abundant subtropical Fergana Valley, this is what makes Kyrgyzstan purely diverse and an awesome tourist spot with climatic environment fit for everybody who spends his luxurious holidays here. Bishkek is the capital of Kyrgyzstan and the biggest metropolis of this state. It has been a key attraction for tourist because it has several significant places as well as the modern look of Bishkek like wide roads with a chain of trees lined on both side, the Soviet gardens etc. that really captivates this state. The famous Ala Too Mountains add to its magnificence and it provides a fascinating surrounding as well as a fresh and comfortable climate in the summers. On the east of Bishkek, you will be amazed to view Issyk-Kul, the planet's second largest mountains. To the south of Issyk-Kul, you can enjoy watching The Seven Bulls, which are the red stone formations, in the fertile green valley of Jety-Oguz gorge. En route to southwest, a tiny town known as Kochkur which is popular for carpets and also known for amazingly attractive Skazka Valley. This basin is a natural and gorgeous formation of deep orange shades of crags and columns imprinted in limestone cliffs which is a result of previous strong winds raging over the softening snow. This is really an exceptional art of nature.
The lake in Kyrgyzstan never solidifies even though it is surrounded by the frozen snow-clad mountains of Tian Shan, thus the name Kyrgyz-The warm lake. Spending some of your holiday time in Cholpon-Ata, is a wonderful idea. You will be stunned to view the open air art museum which is said to be here from the time 500BC. The stone edicts, rock carvings, depict the animal characters such as goats, wolves, horses, snow leopards and ibex with long horns etc. which really tell the ancient era of people.
The second chief town of Kyrgyzstan is Osh, at the southwest area of the country is approximately 3000 years old. It is situated along the Silk Road which has manifested its status during the olden times. With Fergana Valley nearby, Osh is influenced by Sulaiman Too- Solomon Mountain, the funeral place of Suleyman Sheikh, the well-known Muslim spiritualist. It is considered to be the most divine town of Osh as Mohammed had offered his holy prayers here therefore a lot of Muslims around the world visit this holy site. The state is pretty lively with the biggest and charming Asia bazaar and biggest mosque in Kyrgyzstan. It is well known for archeology and cultural museum, house of artifacts is worth visiting. You will really fall in love with this remarkably lovely state-Kyrgyzstan.
