If you are planning your first website you have no doubt heard of a website builder, but perhaps you are not sure of what it is or if you need one. A website builder is just what it sounds like; it helps you to build your own website. No longer do you have to know how to write all kinds of fancy coeds like HTML or other programmer jargon because with website builders you typically just drag and drop and click your way to a new website.

Because of the ease and low cost in doing this it will allow you to go ahead with the ‘fun’ website you have always wanted to put together but didn’t have the money to pay someone to do so for you.
•You are Very Hands On: Many people decide to use a website designer because they are very hands on. Using a website designer allows you to be in control of every aspect of your website.
•Your Website will Change Frequently: If the site you are planning on making is going to change on a frequent basis then you may want to consider a website designer. If you have someone else design your website for you and you change it on a daily basis you not only have to hope that your web designer can update your site quickly, but you also have to pay them for every change they make. So your frequent changes could really add up. With a site designer you simply go into the website template, make your changes, and upload the changes to the Internet with a click or two of your mouse. No waiting and no extra money out of your pocket.
Website builders are a wonderful way to save money and stay in constant contact with your website. You can always start with a website builder at first to save yourself some money and then hire someone to maintain your website for you down the road. But when you are first starting out you can still have a great looking website without having to pay a kings ransom to get it designed for you.
