Building Huge Muscle Mass: It's All In Your Mindset

There are three types of people in this world…

1) People who say they're planning to do big things (such as develop huge muscle mass), but don't do anything.

All their big talk is just empty words. They spend their lives making excuses for their problems and never actually doing anything about it.

They waste all their time in wishing for things, without doing anything to achieve it. These are the folks who love to resent others and their achievements since they can't achieve anything on their own. They lack willpower and discipline. They are doomed to a life of mediocrity but will never accept responsibility for this.

2) Those who try to accomplish things (like developing huge muscle mass) but give up after some time. They talk the talk, begin to walk the walk, but give up, never reaching their goals in the long run. They're not patient. They are not willing to keep going. They will not make it to the top because they will always fall short, no matter how often they try.

They deserve some credit for their attempts at success, but do not possess the tools needed to follow through.

3) Those who say they will get it done and stick to their plans, even when it comes to developing huge muscle mass.

"Maybe" or "try" are not words they choose to understand.

They know that every decision can end in either success of failure. They will do anything to claim success.

When they want accomplish something, they already know that they will succeed. They never question their ability to succeed; they only question how long it will take to get there.

Their mind has the tools necessary to accomplish anything in the world.

They feel that they can accomplish anything that they want because they have faith in their talents and beliefs.

They don't make excuses.

Everyone is in charge of their own life and they know it is possible to shape your destiny.

They will fight through all setbacks to achieve their goal.

They know that anything good does not come easy, and that no one ever achieved anything great without a struggle.

These people are willing to work towards achieving greatness.

In the long run, they always win.

They are prepared to face any setbacks and carry on their struggle.

When challenges occur, they plan on getting past them.

There's no stopping them.

They love the battle and move forward from their mistakes, because a hard fought victory is that much sweeter.

They can visualize the big picture.

And in the end, when all is done, they stand with the elite.

They enjoy their victories and look back on their accomplishments with pride and fulfillment.

They are respected and envied because they have earned it.

So, who are you?

Achieving success at bodybuilding is reserved for category three.

Don't expect instant gratification because there is no such thing as developing huge muscle mass quickly.

This is only for those wiling to dedicate themselves to a goal and work hard to achieve it.

If you have any doubts about your ability to succeed, eliminate them.

Put all your fears, questions, and doubts to rest.

Decide what you want to achieve, plan how to get there, and then… just do it.

Once you stop thinking "will I reach this goal" and start thinking "when can I reach this goal" you will experience gains of huge muscle mass.

That's a decision that I can't make for you, but I can show you how to get there. Your choice comes from within, and not a single person in this world can make those choices but you.
