Detox diet is not without side effects, it most common side effects are bad temper, starvation and fatigue. But these symptoms are short lived and if they continue for a longer time, it is wise to look for doctor's help.
This vegetarian detox diet may lack certain nutrients that you generally get from animal food products.
For this reason it is wise to be on a detox diet for a smaller period of time as it may lead to nutrient deficiencies like protein and calcium in the longer run.
