Every business owner knows they have to keep the customer happy. A returning customer is more affordable than the new customer when it comes to marketing. So what’s the best way to get your customers to keep coming back? Well the past has trained us that the best way to “grow” your business is to create PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS with your customers and clients.

In the past this was easy to do. There were small stores where everyone knew each other. However, lately the stores have become larger and less personal. Then the internet exploded! Online purchases grew overnight, which does not allow any relationships building to occur. Then there is the small business owner. How can they compete with the larger stores?

Personal relationships belong between the customer and business owner, but in this day and age how do you initiate this? Well most people have opted to use an email connection. It's quick, it’s easy, and gets the message across. However spam blockers or the customer usually delete them because they are impersonal.

There's another option that is escalating at a quick rate, especially with those businesses which grow on word of mouth referrals. Customer - business relationships are growing because of the personal touch this techniques gives, yet it is as quick as sending an email.

Create Loyal Customers is a system that assists you to develop customer relationships and faithfulness. How? Well the snail mail actually delievers the real greeting cards. Remember the last time you got an unexpected card in the mail? Hopefully it hasn’t been so long that you can’t actually remember it! When someone goes through their mail, they will find that 97% of it is impersonal. However if they see that large envelope with a REAL stamp that came from you… You can’t put a price on that! Well actually you can. Sitting at your computer these cards can be sent for $1!

Share your appreciation with your clients and say "Thank You". Your business will thank you.. Create Loyal Customers is changing businesses for the better right now. Take a look at them and see how they can help build your business. You can actually send a card for free to try it out. Go to http://www.CreateLoyalCustomers.com. Uncommon results occur when you use a common sense approach such as appreciation marketing.
