Natural Oily Hair Treatment

Having hair is too dry can be a great liability; but so can having hair that is too oily on other extreme end of the spectrum. Such oily hair can be uncomfortable to work on, and has a rather distressing tendency to attract all manner of dirt as the person having it moves around. Thankfully, there is a natural oil hair treatment that a person suffering from the effects of hair oiliness can make use of; and possibly get a way out of this distressing condition.

The natural oil hair treatment in question hair depends on a number of exotic (but absolutely natural) formulations. One of these is Shikakai powder, the other being methi seed and green grams (otherwise used as food) as well. Of these, the only thing you might have a little trouble finding is the Shikakai powder, as methi seeds and green grams are freely available from most ordinary food stores. The Shikakai powder, on the other hand is something you might have to purchase online, if you can t find a store near you selling it.

Before you can make this natural oil hair treatment, you will have to prepare the ingredients. This should not be hard, once you have the ingredients with you. The green grams and methi seeds, for sure, have to ground into a fine powder. But still, doing this shouldn t be hard, as you need only to prepare small amounts of them. If you have a mortar and pestle, you can use it for purpose; but a stone picked from your driveway will do just as well.

Once you have ground your methi seed and green grams, you need to mix the various ingredients such that you end up with two measures of the methi seed powder previously made for every measure of green gram powder; and then one measure of the Shikakai powder for every measure of the green gram powder. So at the end of the day, the mixture you come up with should have twice as much methi seed powder as green gram powder, and twice as much green gram powder as Shikakai powder. Ensure you get the measures right: it is the methi seed that should be most abundant in the formulation, followed by the green gram with the Shikakai powder as the rarest element in the formulation.

Once you have mixed the various basic ingredients, you need to safely store the resultant mixture, so that you only use a little of it at a time. Whenever you get to use it, you will need to beat an egg; separate the egg white from the yolk, then dispose off the yolk to leave you with the egg white, which you can then mix with a couple of teaspoonfuls of the powder previously made and stored – and wash your hair with, in pretty much the same way you would use a shampoo for cleansing your hair. Don t use it daily though, but only once in a while – and you will gradually see the hair oiliness problem receding.
