Eating food products rich in fibre allays your digestive problems such as constipation, bloating of stomach or uneasiness. Get a normal bowel movement and continue to have proper bowel movements. It is said that people who have a bowel movement at least once in a day is said to have good digestive system. Frequent bowel movement is also not considered normal, this might be due to diarrhea.

Insoluble fibers stimulate intestinal functioning for proper stool excretion. It absorbs water and facilitates good digestion. Add fruits and vegetables in your diet and have them regularly. Exercise or walk every day in the morning alleviates your digestive problems and keeps constipation away from your life. It will be away from you for as long as you follow the above tips.

Water consumption is also very essential. No one will suffer from constipation problems if he has a good portion of water every day. Ideally it is considered to be 2-3 litres daily. It is better to have water as soon as you get up from bed and it should be before brushing your teeth. Don’t eat anything before or after thirty minutes of water intake. Fruit juices or other fluids can also help you.

Soluble fibre and insoluble fibre both are good for digestive system. Soluble fibre is found in fruits and vegetables and insoluble fibre is found in cereals, whole wheat bread, wheat grain etc. Keep your intestines healthy and in good shape by consuming right portion of both soluble and insoluble fibre. Do not consume too much of fibre as it may lead to gas. Also avoid too much of fibre all of a sudden, be sure to take fibre in your diet in different intervals rather than having at once. Dietary fiber comprises of carbohydrates where their polysaccharides were arranged in different fashions.  The four basic fibers are cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and pectin. Gum, mucilage and pectin are categorised as soluble fibre while hemicellulose, lignin and cellulose are categorised as insoluble fiber. These insoluble fibres prevent the re-absorption of estrogen, cholesterol, and toxins. It is essential to understand that not all insoluble fibres are good. Certain food products like lentils, potatoes, cabbage, corn, bananas and broccoli are good insoluble fibres.

Linseeds, Chinese green tea, Psyllium husks, Fenugreek can be consumed with lots of water every day. The exterior part of aloevera can be consumed on a daily basis to keep your digestive problems at bay.
