Help Prevent Constipation – Easily and Quickly!

People who suffer from digestive problems often face symptoms of constipation. Hard and dry stool, lack of bowel movement, headache, bloating of stomach, pain in the stomach, uneasiness is the common symptoms of constipation. It becomes difficult to pass such stool as it is dry and bulky.

The most common reason for constipation is lack of water consumption. By having 2 litres of water ever day at different intervals if not fully can help prevent constipation. Get into the habit of having at least half litre luke warm water early in the morning without brushing your teeth. Do not eat anything before or after half an hour of water consumption.

Add plenty of fluids in the form of juice, eat vegetables, fruits, green leafy vegetables which are rich in fibre etc.These food products are rich in fibre content and can help loosen up your hard stools. Such fibre reduces indigestion problems and creates bowel movement. If colon absorbs a lot of water or if the colon's muscle contractions are slow or sluggish then it results in hardened stool. This can be treated with natural products or supplementary diet products such as probiotics. Look for the live bacterial cultures Bifidobacterium or Lactobacillis in the fermented food products you consume. Always check for such labels on the yoghurt packet. Yoghurt can be consumed in different forms like dressings, dips, smoothies and in desserts. Do not forget to check the dates, if it is time barred the friendly bacteria can get harmful and upset your stomach causing food poison.

Cereals, whole wheat grains, whole wheat bread can also add the fibre content which is helpful in constipation prevention. Gain natural relief from digestive problems by having a teaspoon of powdered mixture of 2 to 3 seeds each of sunflower, sesame, almonds and linseed or flax seeds. Such grains are rich in fibre and helps treat constipation.

It is important that these good bacteria are consumed daily to maintain their effectiveness. Supplements can ensure an individual that they are getting their daily dosage of probiotics into their system. Live active culture is beneficial in the treatment of digestive problems. Avoid higher consumption of foods like cheese, eggs and meats. Insoluble fibers absorb water in the process of digestion to aid the bulking of feces, regulate bowel movements and thus stimulate intestinal functioning for proper stool excretion. There are more ways to prevent constipation. Make use of the natural ways of treating your digestive problems.
